Highway was pleased to participate in the 2017 Ohio Asphalt Expo at the Columbus/Polaris Hilton Hotel in Columbus, March 14-15. It was an opportunity to meet with companies preparing for the paving season, and to show some of our Sakai equipment. The show was organized by the Flexible Pavements of Ohio.

Highway Equipment was part of the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI) Show organized by the Northern Ohio Chapter last week. The show took place at the Pro Footbal Hall of Fame. It was a great event with good attendance, and our reps enjoyed talking with the recyclers, discussing how Highway Equipment can support their business, and seeing the optimism the industry has for 2017.

Chuck Kegley
Highway Equipment Company of Ohio is pleased to announce that Chuck Kegley has joined the Highway Equipment Company service team. Chuck is responsible for field service, shop service and the parts department at Highway Equipment Company’s new Canton, Ohio facility. The Construction Equipment Service & Parts business is growing in Ohio and Highway Equipment Company of Ohio with the help of Chuck are planning to grow with it. Chuck and Highway Equipment Company of Ohio will be there to take care of the customer’s service and parts needs for their equipment.
On Friday, August 26, Highway Equipment hosted a Customer Appreciation Golf Outing for our Dubois customers at the Chetremon Golf Course. We had more than 50 clients attend the event for a fun day of golfing.

Kids of all ages were able to see and explore different types of trucks and vehicles while spending an afternoon in the park. Organized by the Cranberry Library, the event took place on August 10 at the Cranberry Township Community Park, north of Pittsburgh, PA.
